Does anyone publish a compact, paperback desk copy of all the SEC rules and
regs? Zimmerman's Research Guide on LLRX.com states that "the SEC
publishes individual volumes of Rules & Regs, which you can pick up for
free at SEC offices around the country," but our local SEC office
publications department had no idea what I was talking about. I know about
Sommer's Primary Law Source Book, but it is $600+ and comprises 5 vols.
The attorney does not want Bowne's Red Box set. Any ideas?
