Apologies in advance if I'm raising a previously addressed question.
Facing the issue of GPO's discontinuation of congressional bills on
microfiche, I'd like to get an idea of what other law libraries are
doing in response. Just relying on GPO ACCESS? Subscribing to Court
Record Services for either $695 or $895? Something else?
