We need to locate a copy of "Corporate Takeover Defenses" by Virginia
Rosenbaum as quickly as practical. The publisher is Investor Responsibility
Research Center. There have been several editions of this book and we are
searching for one published after 1994. If you have this and could lend it
for a short time, I would be very appreciative. We would expect to pay for
any expense involved in mailing. If you do have the book, but are unable to
lend, let me know how useful the resource has been. The cost is pretty high
(almost $800 for the 2000 edition). You may reply to me at
