Anyone heard of the Directory of Directors

We have received a solicitation for a free listing in
the Directory of Directors, put out by:

Directory of Directors Co., Inc.
publishers of the Directory of Directors since 1898
P.O. Box 462
Southport, CT 06490

Is anyone familiar with this directory? My
administration has asked me to check it out. I am not
familiar with it and have been unable to find any
information.

If anyone can help, it would be most appreciated.
