Thanks to Katherine M. Rosin for getting an answer from one of the newslibs!
I read the case she posted and while it was not exactly on point, it was very
informative about electronic posting and usage issues. Non-profits and
educational list-servs were not addressed, nor was the practice of the
newspaper providing a way to e-mail their articles to others. However, to be
on the safe side, I will be careful in the future to provide the link and a
summary of what I believe is worth seeing.
