I am doing a special assignment for a professor and am not overly proficient
in federal matters.
Can someone recommend a book or a site which will answer the question: how
much has the federal courts and federal judiciary increased (through
alterations, creations, etc.) in size since 1980.
Professor Armstrong and I thank you in advance for these hints.
