I have been looking all day for an article by James H. Breay, "A Financial
Institution's Duty of Confidentiality as to Customer Records and
Information." I have found citations to it, referring only to the Spring
1993 issue of the Michigan Business Law Journal (at page 11). It's not on
Wexis, references to it seem to have disappeared from the Michigan State Bar
site, and local libraries here do not have it.
If someone could fax me this article (225-346-8049), I would be most
grateful. We would, of course, pay all reasonable costs.
