Can anyone recommend a good comprehensive reference book that provides
sample language for corporate minutes and resolutions? We have the 1968
edition of William Sardell's Encyclopedia of Corporate Meetings, Minutes
and Resolutions, but I am looking for something a bit more up-to-date
that includes more examples.
