I just logged onto the napster.com site. I even hit REFRESH to make sure I
wasn't seeing a cached version. It still came up fine. I clicked on a couple
of different links (for info w/in the site). They are working also.
Apparently like Mark Twain, the reports of Napster's demise have been
greatly exaggerated.

Google indexes a section of Napster's website as containing their Briefs in
the recent appellate argument before the 9th Circuit.
Unfortunately, www.napster.com <http://www.napster.com> is apparently
kaput, in toto, not just the part that operates the music swapping business.
We can get briefs from the other side, but Napster's have gone into web
heaven.
Has anyone a hint of another spot where these briefs can be obtained online?
Anyone have them in paper and would negotiate getting a copy to us?
Any hints would be appreciated.
