Subject: Help for a retired law librarian.
Before retirement some years ago, I read a book by a nun who worked
with individuals in Lousiana who were on death row. Can anyone give me
the author and title of this book? About the same time, a warden
resigned his post because he had to preside at the execution of several
inmates, with one of whom he became close. I believe he was from
Mississippi. Does anyone recognize this book and can give me the title
and author? Both of these books were published about the same time.
Thanks.
