We've been looking at a software called "Cite It!" (from Sidebar Software)
which supports Bluebook format, and you can customize formats as well. I
don't know if it imports cites from Wexis, but I'll check my notes. In the
meantime, check out www.citeit.com.

Subject: Procite or Endnote or ?
In an effort to find software that will ease the creation of
bibliographies, we have been looking at ProCite. However, they do not
support the Bluebook format (unless we do some massaging of data). Plus,
we would love something that could easily import cites from Lexis and
Westlaw (ProCite is working on this). Does anyone have any recommendation
that would fit either or both of these needs?
Thanks.
