Dear list:
I am looking for The Arbitrator's Manual published by the Securities
Industry Conference on Arbitration (SICA), in particular the section
entitled "Prehearing Conference" on pages 11 through 16. This manual is
cited a few times in the NASD Notices to Members but I have not had any
luck finding it either on the web or through local sources. Any help
with a loan, fax, or hot tip would be appreciated. Will reimburse
