I am trying to locate a company that compiles a report of some sort on ADR judges/consultants. I only have a blurry fax which seems to read "ADR Service" or "AOR Service" or "AQR Service" and I haven't located a similar company. There is a copyright notice at the bottom of the paper, "R.C. Something," but it too is unclear. If you are familiar with either of these names/marks and can offer a correct spelling and hopefully a web cite, I would be most appreciative.
