Jurisdictions that are friendly to plaintiff corporations

Dear Libbers -

I try not to ask another question before I have sent my thanks for a prior question, so please forgive this exception.

My associate was told by a partner that a county in Alabama is the most favorable place for one corp to bring an action against another corp, because this county is very friendly to plaintiff corporations.

Questions:
(1) Does any know which county in Alabama would fit this description?

(2) Is there a source that give statistics, e.g., types of actions, results, or does anyone know of a way to search to get the numbers/outcome of various actions relating to corporate plaintiffs?

Thanks in advance!
