You should try searching their 8k and 10k filings with the SEC. The
counsel information is required in the 10K and changes must be reported in
the 8K. If you do not have a contract for SEC documents, try
www.tenkwizard.com or www.freedgar.com.

I am trying to put together a list of law firms that have represented a
particular company. My approach has been to search caselaw databases
wherein this company is either the petitioner or respondent and check who
their counsel was. The problem with this, aside from being tedious, is
that
it does not produce a very comprehensive list. I was wondering if anyone
might be able to suggest a different approach.
