I've been asked to track down a source for advisory opinions or letters
issued by the U. S. Dept. of Treasury Committee on Foreign Investment in the
U. S. (CFIUS). These letters are allegedly issued under the Exon-Florio act
which allows congress and the President veto power over foreign acquisition
of U. S. companies for national security reasons. I've searched Treasury
Orders on WL, Zimmerman's Research Guide and the Treasury's website. Any
leads appreciated. Thanks!
