I am hoping to get a copy of the Global Cyberspace Jurisdiction Act.

I have looked at the ABA/Chicago-Kent College of Law Project site (as well
as many searches elsewhere) which has the drafts, but a password is
required. (http://www.kentlaw.edu/cyberlaw/docs/drafts/)

Any help would be appreciated.
