In one of those amazing but meaningless coincidences, I opened your e-mail
literally just as I was tossing a CEB catalog in the recycling. It was the
first time I'd heard of them, perhaps not surprising being in Minnesota and
all. Anyway, the catalog has a volume called "Advising California
Partnerships". They have a web site, CEB.com, and the web site describes the
book at:

Now if I can just have such wonderful coincidences when I doing something
useful like buying a lottery ticket....
