Attorney training

Are there any firms that use some kind of computer proficiency as a performance review criteria for the Attorneys?

It has proved difficult to get attorneys to commit to computer training-I have offered CLE's, food, treats, prizes, all with varying degrees of luke warm success. It seems that there should be some kind of motivator.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I will summerize for the list.

Thanks,
Mary
