About a month ago, I got a trial issue of a new newsletter covering
the U.S. 5th Circuit. The lead article was about effective appellate
brief writing and discussed the need for objective review in
deciding whether to file an appeal.
I've misplaced my copy and do not know the name of the newsletter.
