Tax textbook

One of my attorneys will be teaching a graduate class in a local
university's Masters of Tax Program. She is a tax attorney, and has taught
this several times before. The class she is teaching is Employee
Compensation. She is, however, not happy with the book she is considering
using as a text, and thought I might be able to help her find something
better. She was thinking about using CCH's U.S. Master compensation tax
guide but was hoping there might be something else. We would appreciate any
suggestions. (I have told her how wonderful this list is, and that someone
will have a great suggestion!)
Thanks very much!
