There has been a campaign by a telemarketing group contacting the accounts
and telling them that they work with the Aspen account rep. They are
creating NEW account numbers and sometimes putting the accounts under
LIBRARIAN"S NAMES instead of LIBRARY. This creates alll new account numbers
in addition to causing a CREDIT problem with duplicate shipments. When
there are many open invoices the acccounts can get put on credit hold or you
will get a notice from a collection agency. Please if any of these
telemarketers call you, have them call your rep to verify if you are already
on
standing order to receive the book. Thanks for your help.
