First, you need to establish conclusively that, appointing an agent for "service
of process" is a requirement to incorporate in these countries. If you don't
mind paying, for UK, try UK Data Ltd (www.ukdata.com) and The aRMadillo
(www.rmonline.com). Hope this helps.

Subject: agents for service of process in canada and the u.k.

hello, i apologize for the cross posting. i am trying to cover all bases. one of
my attorneys is looking for the agent for service of process for a u.k. company
and for a canadian company. does anyone have any experience in getting
information such as this? after cruising the ottawa and ontario business
administration web sites, i'm still stumped. i haven't checked british
government websites yet. any suggestions are very much appreciated. thank you.
