hello, i apologize for the cross posting. i am trying to cover all bases. one of my attorneys is looking for the agent for service of process for a u.k. company and for a canadian company. does anyone have any experience in getting information such as this? after cruising the ottawa and ontario business administration web sites, i'm still stumped. i haven't checked british government websites yet. any suggestions are very much appreciated. thank you.
