Thanks to Maurine Mattson for faxing a copy of the 1999 article & to Catherine Lambe for helping decipher the incorrect cite for the Nov/Dec 1992 article. I am still in search of the first article, which I believe must be:

Vol. 4 (not 8), No 2, 92 (Sept/Oct 1992) - and deals with private foundations
I apologize for having incorrect information. I hesitate to request from this list when the attorney can't supply a full cite for just this reason. This attorney is usually very precise, so I thought I could trust what info. he had to be accurate. Thankfully, the list came to my rescue again - even when I asked for the wrong thing!!
