We believe it to be a regional newsletter published in Atlanta, Georgia.
There is a publication of that name with a web site.

A call to the publisher gives a recording that they "have temporaily ceased
publication. They hope to resume..."
Our ILL specialist has searched catalogs (including RLIN and academics) but
no one lists it.
Has anyone heard of this publication, or (a long shot) does anyone out there
have this publication in their library?
If you do I'll give details of what we need.
