It's pretty obvious that RIA is monitoring this list. I also received a call from Kathy Shirani and agree that she is very nice to deal with and was very concerned about my billing problems. She stated the same policy to me and was most apologetic about the mistake ("an internal error" she admitted) that resulted in the cancellation of one of our services. In addition to Manager of Accounts Receivalbe, she is also the Credit & Collection Manager for RIA. So, she is the one I will call in the future. She can be reached at 800-431-9025 ext.5088.

(Sorry for any duplication )
Just had a call from a very nice, very concerned Manager of Accounts
Receivable at RIA, Kathy Shirani. She can't understand how our payments got
misapplied - RIA's policy is that, if the invoice to be paid is not clearly
stated on the check, they are supposed to call the customer to find out
where it should be applied. Unfortunately, based on the number of replies to
my original message voicing similar complaints regarding RIA, it is
apparently a policy not widely followed. Anyone else experiencing this type
of problem with RIA, I'd suggest contacting Kathy.
