Each year the AALL Mentor Program receives more applications from people
wanting Mentors than it does from people volunteering to be Mentors. This
year has been no exception. In particular, many of those who want Mentors,
have requested that they be matched with a mentor from the same
minority/employment/job category. Thus, if you have a particular loyalty to
one of these categories, please consider Mentoring someone who shares your
dedication.
