I'm looking for legislative history materials on the CALIFORNIA COASTAL ACT.
Specifically, I'd like anything on the original passage of the Act (1976, I
believe). Additionally, I am trying to track the changes specific to
Section 30233 of the Act (Sec. 30233 is entitled, Diking, Filling or
Dredging). If you have anything, or if you can point me in the right
