Take a look at the following story. It appears as though CourtLink will be
using CaseStream for delivery of Federal court information on the Net.
COURTLINK/JUSTICELINK AND MARKETSPAN JOIN FORCES
Bellevue, WA-May 24, 2000- CourtLink/JusticeLink, an online platform for
accessing court record information and filing legal documents, today
announced that it will integrate Pennsylvania-based MarketSpan, Inc. into
the company's online suite of Internet-based services. MarketSpan is the
developer of CaseStream, an online service providing access to federal court
records. The move follows the recent completion of the merger of CourtLink
and JusticeLink. The combined company is the first to provide an online
information and transaction platform for connecting to and from the nation's
courts.

My question is this...in the first line of the press release, it says that
CourtLink and JusticeLink are an "online platform" and that they were going
to "integrate MarketSpan into the company's suite of Internet-based
services" OK, I have one question...since when is CourtLink an "internet
based service? Last I heard, CourtLink was still proprietary software
access only. Just an observation.
