ADHESIVE POCKETS FOR DISKS?

        More and more often, we are receiving books with an accompanying
disk. I'd like to keep the disk together with the book by using an
adhesive book pocket large enough to accomodate a disk. Unfortunately, I
can't find such an animal. Anyone have any suggestions?
