NY Attorney General opinion: Weird

Hi everybody,
I was hoping someone could help me out of this jam:

We are seeking a New York Attorney General opinion from July 31 1978
which deals with free distribution of Olympic lottery tickets by a
business. (There is another opinion issues on this date, but we need the
Olympic lottery one)

It's not on Lexis and Westlaw although it is cited in a note of decision in
McKinney's which is published by West. It was not included in the paper
copy of NY AG opinions when they were published--it was left out by
accident. The NY AG's office can get us a copy but it is in their archive
and the request takes 2 weeks to process. I apologize for the sketchy
information, especially since the attorney
need the opinion ASAP (what else???) So in desperation I am turning to
the list hoping that someone might have a copy floating around.

Thanks in advance for any advice,
