There have been many messages on this list about the high shipping costs of Aspen and, I believe, the consensus was that nothing can be done about this. I just received a single pocket part from Lexis at a cost of $20.00 with shipping and handling adding $7.18. The woman at Lexis customer service sounded very annoyed at my questioning of this amount and finally gave me the authoritative answer that she doesn't control the shipping costs. Her supervisor checked other shipments that we had received. The last one was for 3 hardbound volumes and 2 pocket parts and the cost of shipping was a little over $10.00. Is there anything that we can do about this?
