Followup on Heckler v. Mathews S.Ct. Case

First, thanks to all who responded, especially Justine Kalka and David
Bryant, who had very helpful suggestions on obtaining the case. But kudos
go to David Collins, of Lexis, who called to give me the Lexis cite for the
District Court Case, which is on Lexis' database! Thanks again, David!

I had not thought to look online since there was no prior history in either
the Shepard's books or the Shepard's CD's. David checked Shepard's on
Lexis, however, and the prior history is there, which, of course, brings up
another issue: why is it on Lexis' Shepard's and not on the CD's?

To make it even more interesting, the case changed names: Richard Schweiker
was the Secretary of H.H.S. before Heckler, so the case began as Mathews v.
Schweiker (1982 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18124, Civil Action No. 79-G-5251-NE)

Thanks,
