Citation Help!

I need some assistance in identifying the publication that a case was reported
in, the title of the case in Ex Parte Bonnie-B Company, the citations I have are
1923 CD 42 and 313 OG 453. The case is from 1922. I checked the bluebook and
Biebers and could not figure out the citation and checked on Westlaw and Lexis
and could not find the case. Any help would be much appreciated.
