Dear Librarians,
Legal Times, a Washington DC newspaper, does an annual report on Law
Librarians
that coincides with the AALLS annual meeting in July. That means it's time
to come up with interesting, current topics and find people to write
articles.
I would like to encourage law firm librarians, in particular, to write: Here
are just two potential topics: coping with diminishing space/budgets and the
impact of attorneys doing more of their own research at their desks.
There are many excellent ideas among the AALS programs, but we shouldn't
have too much overlap.
We really need your help to make this a good report. Please volunteer at
least your ideas--
and if you can turn out a well-written article (about 1500 words) by the
middle to end of June, please write or give me a call *at your earliest
convenience.*
Thank you!
