After the discussion on pulled cases, one of the attorneys here came looking
for the original case in the Supreme Court opinion Heckler v. Mathews, 104
S.Ct. 1387, 465 U.S. 728. The case originated in district court in Alabama,
but the case history is missing from Shepard's, and cannot be found in the
Fed. Supps. Is this a case of an "unpublished" or "depublished" opinion,
and if so, is there any way at all to get it?
