Hello colleagues,

Thanks to all for responses to my question about carriers denying coverage. Especially thanks to Valerie Lang of the AT&T Law & Gov't Affairs Div. whose fiancé helped to point the way and also determined that a few articles from a Westlaw search might help. No clear answers when many regulations are involved! Thanks again, all.
