"Benchmark" Collections for Supplemented Materials

Hi, folks:

Can anyone recommend academic law collections that would be
good "benchmarks" for tracking releases and developments in
loose-leafs and supplemented publications (e.g., pocket parts and
cum. supps.)? The "ideal" library I'm looking for would (a) make an
attempt at comprehensive coverage of loose-leafs and
supplemented publications by reputable law publishers; (b) keep all
loose-leafs and supplemented publications current (if active); (c)
note releases, cancellations and "deceased" publications clearly
on their OPAC holdings records. OK, folks, who out there with lots
of money and lots of energy is doing a good job in this area?

I'll summarize for the list if there is any interest. Thanks.
