Hi everyone.
I am looking for a California Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Order from
1976: "Wage Order No. 4-76; Professional, Technical, Clerical and Similar
Occupations." I have a copy of the actual order from the CCR, but what I
need is the "statement as to the basis..." that is printed on the back of
the wage order posters.
The person at the Labor Commission office who is in charge of this area is
out of the office until next week; the State library and my local libraries
do not have any of the old wage order posters archived. If there is anyone
who has a copy of this or know of someplace where I might find it, could you
please let me know?
