The Uniform Law Commissioners webpage has a reference section which shows
which states have enacted various uniform laws. Unfortunately, it does not
refer to state statute numbers. See:
http://www.nccusl.org/uniformact_factsheets/uniformacts-fs-uiwa.htm
Hope this helps,
Heidi

Subject: REF? Probate Law

Good morning!

I am hoping other New England law librarians may be able to help me find the
answer to the question: Which New England States have adopted the Uniform
International Wills Act? I know New Hampshire has it in Chapter 551-A,
effective January 1, 1999.

So far, I have visited the general law/legislative web pages of each of the
New England States, and searched the phrase as well as Boolean combinations
of the phrase. Also, I used the search engine alltheweb.com and found other
states that adopted the law, but they are not in the northeast U.S.

Any other suggestions? If you have the answer, will you kindly refer me to
the source?

Thank You!
