Please excuse the cross posting.
I have tried Web searches, and have come up with some interesting results,
but nothing really addressing the issue. We have also tried NAOC and the
American Planning Association, but they couldn't help.
Is anyone aware of local ordinances on land use restrictions (not zoning
ordinances) based on nuisances like noise? I'm looking specifically for
something which deals with decibel level and distance from adjacent
property.
