I am trying to locate the following:
First Annual National Institute on Securities Litigation and
Arbitration. Program material by the ABA Center for Continuing Legal
Education, the Business Law section, and the Litigation Section. The
program was June 4-5, 1998 in San Francisco, and June 18-19 in New York.
I only need one article out of this publication, by Carolyn Rosenberg,
"Insurance coverage and securities litigation resolution."
I will gladly pay costs. Believe it or not, this is not a rush, so snail
mail will be OK if it's too long to FAX. Please let me know if you can help
with this.
This is not available at the LA County Law Library, nor on Melvyl. ABA will
only sell the whole thing -- they do not have a way to sell one article. It
is not in the Lexis ABA library.
