Hi All -
I am looking for a Practicing Law Institute volume called "Investment
Advisor Regulation : A Step-by-Step Guide to Compliance and the Law" by
Clifford E. Kirsch. The 1997 edition (which may be the only edition) is
available on Lexis, but it's enormous (broken into 138 parts) and the
attorney would rather look at the paper. Local sources have been exhausted,
I've checked RLIN without luck and right now I don't have access to OCLC.
If you have this title and would be willing to lend it, would you please let
me know? As always, we are in a big hurry.
