Greetings all,
Two needles in the haystack today.
1). I need to obtain the definitions of "cost" and "expense" as listed in
the 1965 print of Webster's Third New International Dictionary. No luck
locally. If you happen to have this jewel on the shelf, we are willing to
pay copy and fax charges.
2). I'm also hunting for the 1993 (Oct, 1992-Sept, 1993) and 1997 (Oct
1996-Sept 1997) editions of the ICD-9 (International Classification of
Diseases). I'm looking for the 1-2 pages in the tabular list volume/section
which cover the codes for pneumonia. I've located other years of interest
at our local medical schools, but have not be able to precisely identify
these two editions via web catalogs. Publication dates on these volumes are
a bit tricky due to the coverage dates. The various publishers (St.
Anthony, AMA, PMIC) have not been helpful and I'm still waiting (and
waiting...) for a response from HCFA. Again, we are willing to pay any copy
and fax charges incurred.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
