Thanks for the pointer.

In this instance, it will still be interesting to see the results in
both West and Lexis CD-ROM products for the three 5th Circuit cases.

For the 2nd Circuit, three sample case are:

Prisco v. A & D Carting Corp, 168 F.3d 593 (2nd Cir. 1999).
Sim v. New York Mailers' Union Number 6, 166 F.3d 465 (2nd Cir. 1999).
PNC Bank v. Millman, 164 F.3d 785 (2nd Cir. 1999).
