Hello all,
Has anyone ever had to do a formal RFP (Request for Proposal) for your online services. This would include, but not necessarily be limited to, Lexis and Westlaw.
I would appreciate any leads as to format. I basically have the content portion down, but if someone wanted to share a little (without violating any confidentiality) that would be appreciated, too. Basically I am looking for the form of the final written product.
This is the first time I must do this in such a formal manner.
