Kent Olson has written a wonderful book. The author of the "Best Reference
Sources 1999" article is my very own department head here at Western Kentucky
University, Dr. Brian Coutts. As he was considering the book, Dr. Coutts
asked me about Kent. I was pleased to be able to tell him that Kent is a very
fine librarian with an excellent reputation. (Of course, I couldn't say
anything to this list until the article was published.)
