        Some time ago, a law librarian published a short explanatory
article
about the strange beliefs of the Freemen, Constitutionalists, et
al.; about their belief in the missing constitutional amendment, their
belief in the importance of Article Two of the U.C.C., their belief in the
importance of the fringe of the flag, etc.
        I'd like to see that article again, but I can't remember where I
saw it. I thought it might have been in Legal Reference Services
Quarterly, but I don't find it there. Can anyone help me out?
