Greetings:

Does anyone know the fate of the Adoptive Family Rights Council, formerly
of Pittsburgh, PA? Their former phone number is disconnected, and no
forwarding number given. They sponsored seminars on adoption statutes, and
issued a newsletter called "Issues." Their former contact information is
below. I've checked Encyclopedia of Associations, and not found a
listing.
